The Opportunity:
BestContractors.com is seeking a Quality Assurance Software Tester. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of
3 years experience in manual software testing. Candidates should have experience with web application
project management and multi-browser testing for web applications. Previous experience implementing and
using automated testing tools is preferred.
Major Responsibilities:
The Quality Assurance Software Tester is responsible for the testing phase/cycle of our implementations
that includes Functional, System, Regression, and Performance testing for our web based application.
The tester will review, develop, and execute test plans for multiple development projects simultaneously
and provide reporting on defect tracking and escalate technical issues as needed. As part of our team,
the Senior Software Tester delivers solution components, which includes collaborative consultation with
other departments, solution design, system and integration testing, and rollout. Throughout the
implementation process, the tester actively collaborates with the project team to ensure the successful
delivery of a robust integrated solution.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Design and develop test plans, traceability matrices, test cases and test scripts from requirements, design documents and other project documentation
- Thorough understanding of Internet User Interface Flows and functionality
- Basic understanding of database applications
- Possess exceptional interpersonal skills
- Determine conditions under which tests are to be conducted
- Identify data requirements and create data
- Manually execute test scripts to validate functionality
- Report and track defects resulting from the test effort
- Participate in requirements and technical specifications reviews
- Lead test plan and test case reviews

represents the absolute and concrete fruition of your efforts. While the success of the role will
ultimately be measured by the PPC profit & loss, the successful candidate will also integrate with

Major Responsibilities:
- Direct and analyze the performance of all online marketing campaigns including PPC (keywords), paid inclusion, paid link and/or banner advertising and promotions
- Develop and manage SEM and SEO strategies and implementation including ad variations, landing pages, bids and ROI analysis
- Analyze website visitor activity and suggest ways to improve customer acquisition and conversion
- Work with a cross-functional team to improve organic search results

Qualifications:
- Savvy online marketer with 3+ years interactive marketing/advertising experience and 1+ years direct experience in search engine optimization and managing bids with Google and Overture
- Experience with bid/keyword management tools or programmatically driven search engine marketing agencies
- Experience with web analytics software
- Must enjoy and be skilled at analysis, data manipulation and data presentation
- Must be detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Must be a self-starter and able to multi-task while staying organized in a fast-paced environment

Major Responsibilities:
The HTML Designer/ColdFusion Developer will be responsible for front-end design and user flow for
BestContractors.com web properties. This job requires advanced design skills utilizing cascading
stylesheets as well a solid understanding of dynamic web functionality.
Functions Include:
- Creating HTML frameworks based on basic dynamic table output from programming
- Mid-Level ColdFusion and Javascript development
- Continually improving look and feel of sites and reviewing user flow to assure intuitive functionality
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in web design
- Extensive knowledge of Cascading Stylesheets (CSS), HTML, and respective browser compatibility issues, with at least 1 year of experience using Stylesheets for layout positioning
- Ability to hand-code a must
- Solid experience with ColdFusion and Javascript form validation. A familiarity with database systems such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, or MySQL
- Ability to work effectively with a close knit, hyper-motivated team
