"My husband Jack and I knw little about replacement windows when starting our projects. One Saturday morning I scheduled 5 back to back appointments with 5 different contractors. Each had a similar product at a range of prices. We were most impressed with Prestige Products, as Don Samuel, the business owner made a personal visit and was the only one of the 5 contractors to arrive on time. Don kindly answered all of our questions and scheduled an evening appointment to revist. We felt comfortable with Don as he was candid, friendly and honest. He employes his own installers and told us exactly who would be arriving and when. We had new, energy efficient windows in less that 6 weeks from our initials visit. Not only do the windows dramatically improve the appearance of our home, but we have also noticed a decrease in our energy bills. The entire process was smooth and timely. We were informed of all plans in advance and Don worked with us on a 3 month payment plan. We could not be more happy. We will refere Prestige Products and Don to any of our friends and family.
