"Like a lot of other people after Hurricane Ike we were denied a new roof from our adjuster. We heard about Tracy and his experience in dealing with insurance companies and adjusters. In 4 days Tracy and a new adjuster was on our roof but with a much different result. They granted us a complete re-roof but it gets better! Tracy told us about Exactimate and his ability to use it. He was able to get every dollar possible from the insurance company and with the additional funds do you know what he did? TBAR upgraded our 40 year roof to a LIFETIME shingle that is also hail impact resistant. IT DOESN"T STOP THEIR. The shingle he used saved us 10% off of our homeowner's insurance. I can't say enough about Tracy Gibbs and TBAR. When other roofers would have pocketed the additional money as profit they instead used it to upgrade and improve our roof."
