"We are satisfied with the product and the quality of the work. We have issues, however, with the price and the timeline for completion. We received several bids for our project, and chose Midwest based on their price and the expected completion date of the project. The estimate we received, however, was not for the product we had requested which indicates miscommunication or misunderstanding on the part of the sale representative with which we were working. Revised paperwork had to be submitted which lenghtened the completion date as well as significantly increased the price of the project. This is not to say that we would not rehire Midwest, nor suggest them to others; we simply would want and recommend to others that they get assurances from a sales representative that the estimate on the product being requested is indeed what they are asking for. Overall we are satisfied with our new fence but believe we could have gotten similar work from reputable companies for a lower cost. "
