"The owner responded quickly, was very knowledgeable, and explained why repairs by two previous roofers were done incorrectly and proceeded to repair the roof properly and explain to me what he was doing in terms I could understand. The job is now complete and does not leak anymore. Very pleased I called him. Finally.... a pleasant experience with a roofer. I would recommend him highly."
