"We had never remodeled anything before so we approached this process with some hesitation. We got 6 bids, and Russ and RG Remodeling were the last to bid so we had quite a selection of styles, ideas, etc. We were also very tired of the whole process by then. But Russ clearly was the standout. He is low-key and a listener but has ideas. He won us over with a moderately-priced bid, about the average, but above all, with his realistic appraisal of what could be done and the cost to do it. This was no low-ball bid nor was it a snow-job like some of the others. When it came to work, Russ came in exactly at 6 weeks, what he told us. My wife designed the entire bathroom, and it was a very unusual, contemporary design. Russ did it all, even though some of the steps took alot of effort and time. He's a personable guy and knows what he's doing, though he'd tell us when something was a big challenge. His assistant Ed was the same. I will use RG Remodeling again for another bathroom and kitchen - Russ is the best!"

"Russ was and is the utmost professional. Unlike many contractors I've worked with in the past, Russ communicated every step of the way in a complicated basement remodel of a 100 year old house. As the General Contractor, Russ managed our job and every subcontractor in an excellent fashion so we didn't have to. I have recommended Russ to 5 different friends so far and will continue until he tells me to stop! Great person that does great work. "

"We hired Russ to complete tile work for our basement finishing project (shower, bathroom floor and fireplace). His work is fantastic. Russ is a perfectionist, (which is a great quality to have if you are laying tile) and as a result his work looks terrific. He is professional, honest, knowledgable and easy to work with. Additionally, he is a very nice guy. "
