"Justin was very friendly and helpful. He took our considerations and made a couple of recommendations which really enhanced our experience. We already knew what we wanted and he assisted us in getting our wood at an excellent price and was always friendly and ready to work everyday. He made time for us to hear our concerns and told us exactly how he was going to put in our flooring. Justin Cope flooring was outstanding and saved us $$$ over Home Depot and Lowe's.
