"I got quick replies from several contractors. However, only one stood out from the others. Electri-Serve responded with very specific information and advice that solved my problem right over the email (to call on the public utility company first), whereas the others were either too generic or offering solutions that would have cost much more. The utility company found that a previous electricians work a few years ago was faulty at the house/public wiring connection and fixed it. Electri-Serve had basically offered advice that would have cost them a customer! Because of their honesty and the excellent customer service they showed on the email, I had them visit anyway to double check the previous electricians work just to be safe. The electrician that came out (Kevin) was pleasant, efficient, and right on time. I am putting this company in my rolodex to recommend to friends and use again if needed. "
